The actives other houses avoid

Niche molecules, small volumes and awkward chemistry. Calcium fructoborate. Magnesium L-threonate. Ferric maltol. Bespoke ppm loadings. The things that are too much trouble for a commodity trader to bother with.

Documentation that survives audit

A certificate that names the method, not just the number. Retention samples held against every lot. Traceability to the plant that made it, and a regulatory position assessed for your destination rather than asserted in general.

Against adulteration

The cheapest ingredient in this trade is the fake one.

Assays spiked with a synthetic marker to hit a number. Extracts cut with cheaper material. Certificates copied from a lot that no longer exists. It happens across this industry, it is hard to detect after formulation, and every time it happens the honest producers of that ingredient lose ground.

We would rather lose an order on price than compete on that basis. So we publish how each ingredient is identified, and we hold what is needed to prove it later.

A certificate that only states a number tells you nothing. Ask what method produced it, and whether a retained sample still exists.
